JOLLY CUT PENICILLIN

  1. 2oz Scotch

  2. .75oz Jolly Cut Hibiscus & Ginger syrup

  3. 1oz lemon juice

  4. A dash of smokey single malt Scotch, if the Scotch you used wasn’t peated.

  5. Shake and strain over ice

As cooler weather approaches, we move into a different category of cocktail flavours. Bitter, rich and smokey are on the menu. The Penicillin is a smokey Scotch classic with ginger, honey and lemon. If this sounds like something you’d like, try our version with Jolly Cut Hibiscus & Ginger syrup
