Cedar-oni

Use Jolly Cut Juniper & Cedar Tonic Syrup.

  1. Use .75oz Jolly Cut Juniper & Cedar Tonic Syrup

  2. Add 1 gin

  3. Add 1oz dry white wine

  4. Add 1oz sweet vermouth

  5. Stir over ice

  6. Optional garnish, lemon zest

If you like bitter cocktails like the Negroni, try our CEDAR-ONI. Our Jolly Cut Juniper and Cedar Tonic syrup is loaded with flavours of the Prince Edward County forest. We craft this syrup with locally foraged juniper berries and cedar boughs. The backbone of our syrup is Cincona bark with its bitter quinine tonic flavour.
